Dynix Studios is an independent game developer, not a company. In addition to providing fun with your games, cares about the privacy of the players. No game made by it stores information or users' personal data without their permission.

Data Collection and Use
Used to access leaderboards, achievements,
in-app purchases provided by Google Play and the App Store.

In-App Purchases
Dynix Studios uses its own SDK provided by the Google Play / Apple Store to sell in-house products, known as IAP. All purchases made by the user are sent directly to Google Play and Apple Store. They manage and get a percentage of product value and taxes, then the developer gets their share.

Game Permissions
All access permissions on Android / iOS devices required by games prior to installation are critical to their operation. Eg Storage (reading and writing files): We need this to save your game progress.
Login is required to release "Achievements" or submit "Online Scores".

Kids Content 
Your games has a kids content and all content inside the games has a several analysis to guarantee the security of the users.

Objectionable and abusive content
We do not allow users to post or act in bad faith, objectionable and abusive content. Whether by words in text or acts in the game.

Cookies
In some games, they are used to store parts of the game on your device.
